You MUST be at least P&C licensed.
You must be a 10/10 survey kind of person.
You will work as an independent contractor (W9 - you pay your own taxes).
You will use your own equipment (laptop, headset, monitors).
You can work from home (you will have access to a small office if you need).
You can work at your own pace (work a little, make a little. Work a lot, make a lot.).
You will have access to help make sales all over and even outside of California.
You will have the ability to make commission on life insurance (even if you aren't life licensed).

I will front the costs for your training (you will pay for the travel -- this is your skin in the game).
